Exclamation Firefox is not playing nice!

If your reading this and you have the expertise to battle issues with webpages loading differently between Firefox & IE8 or IE7 i would love for you to help me out which im sure is a very simple problem that I myself cannot seem to grasp!

The following webpage and others with the same layout have the same problem

    http://www.homebizprofitsystem.com/videoproducts2.html

If you look in Firefox you can see to the left that the NAV BAR is not sitting up the top of the page it sits much lower I have tried balancing out the bottom but then the right side bottom is too low.

do I need a frefox add-on? or is it my code?

Some advice would be very much appricated

    Pete
