formatting flash site for iphone????

New developer here.......

A friend of mine wants his site to be compatible with the iphone and droid.

It's a site for amateur videos and most of the videos are flv.

anyone, know of a good way to make the site playable on iphone aside from converting all the existing videos to quicktimes?
