Question How to redirect a my domain name to a website?

I need help urgently with this.

I have my own domain name and I want it to be redirected to a website when some goes to my domain name.

Also another question I have is that, there is form which is blank on this website but I want it to have some blanks filled up when someone goes on that particular page. For example, the website has a form where people need to fill in their name, address and who sponsored them info. I want the form to have my name on who sponsored you part when someone click on that page where the form is.

Can someone help me with this 2 things? I will appreciate it very much.

For redirection, you should be able to do that from the control panel of your hosting service where you should find a button for redirects.

If not, create a .htaccess file http://thunder.prohosting.com/~sampi...htaccess.shtml

For the form, put a value="your text here" into any input tag and the text will show in the input box. The viewer can edit the text if he wants.
Code downloaded to my PC will be deleted in due course.
WIN7; IE9, Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Safari for Windows; screen resolution usually 1366*768.
    Also IE6 on W98 with 800*600 and IE8 on Vista 1440*900.
