Click link so page moves down

I don't know what it's called so I couldn't search for how to do it.

Basically what I want is to know the html code so that when you click on a link, it goes to a area further down the page

For example on this page that i've made - http://psa-peugeot.info/206/components.html

At the top I want to have links like 1000, 2000, 3000, etc
So that when people click on them the page will go down to all the components starting with 1000.

I don't know if that makes any sense
