How to send bulk html email? Help!

Hi there boys and girls! a little help is needed please

Ive got an excel spreadsheet with a list of all of my customers, and I want to send an email to all of them preferabley in HTML format, however I cant seem to import the contacts from my excel sheet!

Im using hotmail and Ive tried the importing via csv option buts its a no go! I do not have outlook, so thats also a no go!

is there any other options available? may be there is another email provider that WILL upload all of these contacts?
other than that it looks as though im going to have to copy every single email address into my contacts!
