PHP pro needed, Im stuck.

I am trying to use a third-party php script but I cant get it to work when running the setup file that comes with it. It keeps saying I dont have permission to acess the server. Can anyone tell me what the problem is? or where to look. I have got a wamp stack and database setup for this script with a user account with all the priveledges etc but I cant get this to work. I have even tried using the database root account for getting this script to work but its not happening. Or can anyone direct me to an article that can explain how to intergrate 3rd party php scripts?

It's not a folder permission thing is it? Sometimes you need to set the folder access rights.

What's the error message you're getting? What is it you're trying to install?
