Is this a simple submit form issue?

I need help.

I have a client who requested to use a template builder, wanted me to build their site within it and then have some areas customized. Here's where I'm running into issues.

They want the add to cart area on the home page to be on other subpages too but I can't seem to get the right code section over to the subpages for it to work.

It seems like the submit "add to cart" button is not working.

You don't have a <form> tag around the Add To Cart button?
