Seeking Partner for Help

I'll just get to the point.

I am already fluent in HTML/CSS; photoshop & dreamweaver. I have been trying to teach myself Javascript & PHP but I am definitely the type of person that needs a helping hand when doing it. If you have are the type of person that has some free time once in a while and would be interested in helping a girl out let me know.

As of now the whole thing frustrates me. I thought I had some help recently until I discovered the guy didn't even know what he was doing, so in short I'm a bit irritated about that, because I would like to get this going.
