iframe with internal content

I have a webserver running iis 5. I am trying to have an iframe on one of the pages. The iframe will have internal content from :10000 off the same machine. I cant get the machine to pull from that port. I have tried src http://192.168.100.10:10000, http://computername:10000, http://127.0.0.1:10000 even localhost:10000

Nothing is working. Can anyone tell me how to use the iframe on my main site so that I can pull internal content.

BTW, I have NAT and tried to use it with the port and it works fine, but the problem is that I have integrated authentication and the site on :10000 is not compatible so I would have a security issue.
