    What CMS would be best?

I'm currently looking into developing a website that is a content management system that allows an administrator the ability to create multiple brochure websites and manage the content. The administrator should be able to quickly and easily create a website, have the control of the design and the front end of the website should be able to allow users to register for an event and submit payment.

As you can tell this is quite a big job and I was wondering if anyone knows of a CMS out there that already has some features that would suit this project?

    Hi,

Are the brochure sites to be hosted on different domains? if they are directories of a shared domain, then you could use Wordpress, and create templates which can then be assigned to the corresponding page.

Failing that you could wait for Wordpress 3, which covers the above scenario
