looking for a video CMS

I want to build a video website but without actually uploading videos (so no need for ffmpeg or other codecs). I'm looking for a script which can post videos from youtube/vimeo or other related sites, with voting, comments, sharing, etc.

There's a great script available but unfortunately it's written in Python and my hosting company doesn't allow it: http://getmediacore.com/

Any solutions?

I would look into Drupal or Joomla. These are 2 great CMS's that both have modules for media. I would try this video module with drupal.
