Im looking to create a webpage that is capable of allowing people to write reviews about something. How can i go about making a directory or something that allows the user to search for a specific thing to review about or allow them to add a new topic to review about. I am using adobe dreamweaver. Im sorry if its hard to understand wht im doing i just dont want to give away my site idea lol
