I'm currently updating a website I manage, however I receive emails on a regular basis from the members to upload new posts, which I'm not always able to do straight away. I've started to create an admin page where certain members can upload files or new posts, however im stuck with the comment box system, I need somthing where the member can type his or her post, submit it, I then receive an email to aprove the post, which in turn then loads the post of the home page. The other thing I think I might need help with is setting up the database on mysql to do this, as my knowledge with mysql is limited.
