trouble with website hosting

Hey there, I have never seen this happen before...but a client of mine recently changed their hosting and now it seems like there are 2 websites with the same url??

trattoriaromangarden.com vs. www.trattoriaromangarden.com

if I upload content to the new FTP, it only affects the trattoriaromangarden.com
but the "www" version remains the same...
any ideas why this is happening?

You need to correct the DNS settings. There are separate entries for the two variations rather than one entry for the one without the "www." part and an alias for the one with that points to the one without.
