Need help with background image!! Newbie. ...please

Hello! I am a graphic designer that is slowly dabbling in html and css within Weebly and I have some really sweet headers and background images designed and I'm SO close! I am having tremendous trouble trying to get my HOME page only to display my background image and the rest of the pages with NO background image.

Please guys,...I need help. Things will look sweet if I can pull this off. I will gladly help with ANY GD questions you may have in the future.
