    Question moving box shadows

I had an idea last night about having the box shadow move and grow in accordance to where you mouse is on the page. Almost as if your mouse is the source of light and the boxes are casting the shadow from the mouses light.

I've scanned over a few CSS3 references but could not find anything that might work and I don't know if it would be possible with jquery or another language as I do not now them. Anyone have an idea on how this could work? Thanks!

As far as I'm concerned this isn't possible with CSS and HTML. I don't believe they could provide such a high level of interaction between an elemental style and cursor. I'm fairly sure if this were possible you'd need to use jQuery at the very least.

At the very least it would, I believe, take a lot of effort to achieve and not something a beginner would choose as their first project.

I could be completely wrong! You never know, but I don't think that's the case. Perhaps try some more in-depth googling.
