    Wordpress is an open sourced blogging tool powered by PHP and MySQL. It has so many features now that it really is classed as a Content Management System. It is ideal for non-techincally minded users who want to create a website rich in content and features. There is plenty of plugins and templates with lots of support. The best bet is to go to wordpress.org and find out what it is all about!
