    Horizontal navigation with image replacement

    After much research I have found countless ways to create a CSS menu with image replacement, but not one that is horizontal.

    It seems the Gilder/Levin method will work best but I can't find an example of a working horizontal menu (no dropdowns).

    Any suggestions?
