Best advice for 2 way interaction on website

I have a review website in which I have carry out several reviews of hardware, gadgets and components etc and place them on my site for informative and interested readers to read.

I think it would be a great idea to have other comments and reviews posted by my readers, I would like them to have the opportunity to write a review and send it to my site and also include photos if needed.

My question is: What would be the best way to achieve this and how could i police it?

would I need software or could i use code (much like a comment box system that enables pics), not knowing too much about this I am asking for advise from you guys here...

Thank you in advance as always

You know what some of us said to you when you first asked for a review of your site about a CMS (Content Management System)? Really, now is the time to think long and hard about it. I knew you'd be wanting this kind of functionality sooner rather than later and you can do it all by learning a good CMS.
