SWF Blocking Page Text

Hi Everyone,

I'm having trouble with the following page:

http://www.chokkacenter.com/recruit

You'll notice a video in the body text that is presented using Flash.

Below the video are supposed to be two paragraphs. You can see them when you view source.

I've tried removing the SWF and they appear.
