    Javascript Toolbar

Hi all. I'm thinking about designing a website that will utilize several links from other websites. I have noticed on websites such as StumbleUpon and others that they use a toolbar on the top of the site that stays there no matter which outside link you follow, provided you started at StumbleUpon.com

Can anyone give me some pointers on how to code this into a website? Is there any software that does this automatically? Or is there a link to a guide that someone could show me?

I am specifically interested in being able to have users Like (on Facebook) someone else's page that they accessed from my website, but will still reference my website when Liked on Facebook.

    Any help is much appreciated

I haven't seen stumbleupon but I assume they use an iframe. This will work on all sites apart from those which detect such things and force you to reload the page fully. An example of this is the davidwash.name.

The best thing to do is look at the source when browsing the site..
