Dropdown menu z-index not working with lightbox

Hello everyone.
I know basic CSS and HTML and have somewhat of a working understanding of advanced CSS creation in dreamweaver cs5.

For a few weeks now I have been trying to figure out why my dropdown menu is not working on the page with the lightbox gallery. The tips I have found online said to change the z-index and I have tried to do that but its still not working. I am hoping someone here might be able to help me.

Its not working because your second page has a javascript error..
