i heard you just put this code in and it changes your favicon
<link rel=”shortcut icon” href=”http://example.com/Images/favicon.ico” />
well i made that directory and uploaded the .ico and its in that folder and i pasted this in my theme.
i went to the editor section in wordpres and under header part i pasted that line in between <head> and </head>
yet my site still shows the original bluehost favicon....
i have cleared my web cache and everything else..will not change
EDIT: Sorry, i figured out the answer myself.
theres a favicon.ico that is right in example.com/ directory i could change to make the icon change.
