Facebook Share Button Not working corectly

Skill: very well versed in html, css, php.
I can solve this myself just need some help in the right direction.

Something very odd is going on. I created a custom fb share button for my blog. However, when used, Only certain posts will post correctly with the title and image of the post. However some dont work at all. I just get a very long url instead of the post title and no image.

Id figure they either ALL work or the all dont, but the fact that some do and some dont really makes me wonder what is going on.

I need this working properly so that when users hit the share button the post title, image and post description are populated correctly.

Seems to be random behavior. I cant figure it out.

Also the post description doesnt load.
