I didn't actually look at your page, but if you go here you can look at this chart: http://www.findmebyip.com/litmus/ It compares the browser compatibility for different things in HTML5. Unfortunately, IE seems to suck pretty bad. Maybe some of the things you're doing/using just aren't supported in it yet.
