Hello, this is my first post so i hope im following guidelines!

Im trying to insert some MLS searches into a website im designing, im trying to acomplish something along the lines of this http://www.farmingtonwoodsrealty.com...ngs.aspx?all=1

This is a website that i used as a guide when making my own, but i cant figure out how this designer was able to put the search results from the MLS into his site.

also i am trying to figure out how to make it update @ 8:00am, 10:00am, 12:00pm and 2:00pm.

If anyone has experince with this and could shoot me some advice it would be great!! thanks!
