    Need developer!

    Hello,
    I finally got a design for my website, QualityFairings.com . I need someone to code this website so I can add items and delete items through an admin control panel or something. I also need a shopping cart so that people can make payments. Im looking for someone relatively cheap. A developer looking for websites to add to his portfolio.
