Servers from planethoster.com and hostsailor.com are provided on sweet terms and I have to stick to the best one for hosting a forum, so what should I do?

Have a look at servers from kvchosting.net and legionbox.com.
They are very easy to work with and do a great job of keeping the sites up all the time. They are also priced well so that they are affordable to basically anyone who would want to use them.
