Is anyone using this? does anyone still care about it? Is privacy still a big deael?

Just ran across some old files on the subject that I haven't really touched in several years since I couldn't get P3P to work on my site and gave up.

I set up a P3P system for one of my sites once a long time back. It doesn't seem to be a format that has taken off. I've long since removed the P3P statement and replaced it with a human readable Privacy Pollicy instead. A good PP is very important. Many surfers do read them and in the UK they are actually a leagal requirement.
