i need to know that how to create a flyer mail to inform my clients of other services provided by my company through a direct mail insert flyer.

I wanted logo to be "a water mark type effect behind text picture of man somewhere on the bottom and nice professional business overally styling.

what i need to do, isit can create from email, or must write by HTML for a template first.
